Strategic Planning Course Overview
How organizations continue to provide unique value to stakeholders and customers is crucial. if they don’t have a clear path to guide organizations towards there goals, mission and vision, this would the beginning of the end!.
This is where the role of strategy becomes essential. Strategy is about setting SMART goals, understanding the current and future environment and directing the organization, and getting everyone in the organization on board by creating a mature strategic plan mixed with the organization’s values, vision, and mission.
In this course, we will cover the strategic management process, starting from assessing the grounds of the organization and capabilities, to Executing and monitoring the strategy.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Apply strategic thinking concepts to define organization’s “as is” situation, and desired “to be” situation, in order to define gaps in organization’s capabilities.
- Assessing the business environment through SWOT analysis
- Identify strategic options for long-term competitive advantage
- Define strategic vision and mission
- Determine strategic goals and objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and 'SMART' targets for the organization
- Convert strategic plans to operating plans through creating strategic initiatives and sequencing activities
- Formulate and shape strategic plans to be executed in order to meet the objectives
- Implementation of strategies to deliver results
- Participate in the performance management cycle to ensure proper execution of chosen strategies
Training Methodology
This workshop aims to ensure best retention rate and quick improvement in
both employee and work performance within the work place alike, and has been structured in to seven modules content workshop with 50 training hour, we will use our customized learning aids like Balanced Scorecards Software, Mind Management, Real and approved project case studies, Bizagi moduler, as well as, serious game and formal real assignment.
